Good start, problematic middle, amazing end! I originally bought a car from BMW Norwich in February. Myron was amazing throughout the entire process, and gave me a great deal on a new M135i - the entire process was fast and streamlined, all in all a good experience at this point. However, during the ownership of this vehicle there was an issue with the HUD which had an intermittent fault. This lasted for a few weeks before it developed into a total failure of the HUD. The car went in multiple times during this period, and BMW were unable to fix this. I spoke with multiple people at BMW Norwich to try and get this resolved, and I ended up speaking with Noel Howes, sales manager - and agreed to swap the car. Throughout the process of sourcing to collecting the new car, Noel and the team at BMW Norwich were amazing. Always keeping me in the loop, and doing everything they could to get this matter resolved ASAP. They managed to get the new car to Norwich, prepped and valeted ready for a collection just a 5 days after initially speaking to Noel. This level of service is like nothing I have experienced from any other dealer. Max Turner was great for the handover of this vehicle, doing everything he could to make the transition of cars as easy as possible. All in all, I highly recommend BMW Norwich, and want to say a massive thanks for the level of brilliant customer service and professionalism they offer - turning a good, yet frustrating experience into an amazing one.
