I had a great experience here, everybody was very patient with my questions, gave me all the information I needed and the process going through to purchase was very smooth. In particular thank you to Ben for walking through the sales process with me, and Stacey for being incredibly patient with the handover process, as we had troubles with the DVLA site. 100% recommend.

Stacey also helped us get through the purchase and she was so good and had a very positive attitude. Our car purchase experience was really good and we are glad we came to Lexus Derby. I recently purchased a car from Owen at Lexus Derby. The whole experience has been fantastic. I visited Lexus derby as my vehicle was in for a routine service. Upon arrival there were plenty of spaces to park. When entering the dealership I was greeted by Nick the centre manager and Adam the aftersales manager who both couldn’t do enough for me. As always coffee and biscuits and a little chat was nice along with the offer of a lift to my son’s sports day which was very much appreciated. I was kept informed throughout and my car was complete within a couple of hours. Upon collection the same happened where I was greeted by Nick and looked after by Adam with a swift collection and off I went. Great service thank you very much.
