Fantastic! Took my is300 for MOT and decided to wait whilst it was being done. The receptionist offered me an office as I had work to do and on line meetings to attend. I was provided some lovely coffee whilst there and use of the WiFi.

I would like to particularly say a big thank you to Abigail who helped me to get to grips with all the latest technology the car supports. The handover process for my new Lexus was undertaken by Abigail Wilkinson. She was professional, knowledgeable and made the process enjoyable as well as efficient. After a couple of weeks ownership of the car I had a paint blemish/issue, Fitz my contact sorted it out for me immediately and I must say the service and support from him and even the friendly reception staff has been first class, issue sorted, great customer service, thank you Fitz you are a star.

From start to finish, Phil from the leicester branch has made our experience from viewing cars on the forecourt to purchase an amazing experience with Lexus. This is our first experience with them, and I'm confident it wont be our last. He was helpful and VERY patient and answered our many questions. I recently took possession of my very first Lexus car from Lexus Leicester. From my initial enquiry in May to the day I picked up the vehicle the journey and experience has been fantastic. The level of care, patience and respect given to me by Sales Executive Waqar, Business Manager Benjamin and Abigail Trainee Customer Consultant was of the highest level. They take exceptional pride in their work, the Lexus brand and most importantly wanted the right choice and decision for me. I did not feel pressurised in any way. They not only have considerable knowledge of their vehicles, the technology that goes in them nowadays but also what finance options will best suit you. They made the whole process stress free, friendly, and reassuring. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, without overwhelming me. Even after having taken delivery, a week later, I received a courtesy call from both Waqar and Abigail enquiring if everything was going well. The purchase is proving to have been a good choice.
