Melissa Pendlebury is a real credit to the company. We arrived on time for an appointed with the salesman but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, he was unavailable. This situation was expertly handle by Melissa, who stepped into take care of us instead. She was absolutely delightful and very attentive. She made us feel comfortable, not at all pushy. Because of Melissa's help and knowledge, we felt very confident to place an order for the new car yesterday. Thank you once again Melissa.

Purchased a new a class, Robbie was so helpful he couldn’t have helped anymore. We are so happy with our purchase and couldn’t recommend Robbie Matty Zoe and Sean anymore ! It really was the smoothest thing we have ever done we have never felt more comfortable in a car dealership. Everyone was so friendly and approachable. I couldn’t have been more happier with the sales experience buying my second Mercedes A Class from the Cheshire Oakes team. There was no pressure to buy or hard sell just clear information about the product and what was available and terms of how you could purchase the car.
