My recent visit was brilliant. Scott who dealt with our service was great, he was very helpful and clear with the work that needed to be carried out. The service was done well apart from the key batteries was not changed and the boot wasn’t hoovered. But this is very minor and the overall service was fantastic. The transition of the loan car to was very speedy and I was back on the road near instantly after a couple of signatures and the requested EQB was fully charged too. Once again fantastic and look forward to my next service and MOT.

Low score for communication was due to receiving a call to say I'd made a mistake and didn't have a service plan in place. I knew this to be incorrect and the person calling me said she'd check with the contracts team and call me back! 1) it would have made more sense to call the contract team first before ringing me and causing anxiety, and 2) I didn't get the call back. It was only when I returned to the dealership and checked that it was confirmed I did in fact have a service contract! One task I requested when booking in my car was for the audio 'beep' when locking my car to be turned off; wasn't done!

Purchased my a45s last week off Morgan Lowe and what can I say he’s great, very knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in what he does, great character with loads of energy, thank you for a great service from start to finish even with the dealership delays we encountered.
