Loved it! Easy electronic book in & key drop. Places to sit and work whilst waiting, great refreshments on hand, strong WiFi. The time taken for the work in my car was spot on, the video update from the engineer was welcomed and to top everything off the ability to speak with someone prior to finishing was welcomed. Bravo ALL!

On Thursday the 12th October I visited MB Cheshire Oaks after a wonderful lady called Sharon talked me out of returning my new Mercedes S class that I recently purchased due to ongoing computer problems and to meet with Aaron Ford a most unusual yet brilliant employee. Aaron spent over one hour with me and explained everything that had gone wrong with my car, and also went through every devise that the car had onboard, he finished by introducing me to the Company Dealer Principle another excellent member of staff. I am so impressed with the staff that dealt with me that I will purchase my next new car from Cheshire Oaks, Duncan Beaumont.
