On Thursday the 12th October I visited MB Cheshire Oaks after a wonderful lady called Sharon talked me out of returning my new Mercedes S class that I recently purchased due to ongoing computer problems and to meet with Aaron Ford a most unusual yet brilliant employee. Aaron spent over one hour with me and explained everything that had gone wrong with my car, and also went through every devise that the car had onboard, he finished by introducing me to the Company Dealer Principle another excellent member of staff. I am so impressed with the staff that dealt with me that I will purchase my next new car from Cheshire Oaks, Duncan Beaumont.

Yesterday I went to Mercedes to test drive and have a look at different options for cars The customer service was fantastic. Melissa was incredibly helpful she made me feel so comfortable and was not pushy at all and emailed me straight after with everything we discussed to help me find the car I was looking for Thank you
