What a great team, never had a Mercedes before and we were nervous that we would be judged as we were at the Audi and BMW dealers. Wow, we were made to feel like royalty from the moment we got to the site, a man on the front desk greeted us and showed us to a model of car we were interested in and got us a coffee which was within 5 minutes of us arriving, Audi didn’t offer us one and BMW offered us one after an hour. Sunny walked us around the used cars and we found a great C class and we were given the keys to basically take the car away for a couple of hours which was amazing. When we came back we met Matt who got us a coffee while we waited for Sunny and spoke to us about the car. He explained about the technology and we were amazed by what the car has, it has augmented reality and will stop and start in traffic, the safety items blew us away. Sunny came over and answered all of our questions, nothing was too much. We collected the car and again the collection was made special. We met Jacko, he was great too and got us another coffee and biscuits…Sunny and Matt came over and greeted us again and really made us feel relaxed and like a family member. I have to say this is the best buying experience we have ever had. A couple of days later a gentleman called to make sure we were happy. Overall great car, great service and excellent dealership.

I came into the dealership and was warmly greeted by someone at reception and I then asked to take a closer look at a car on the forecourt. Sunny, the salesman was very helpful showing me controls and specifics of the car. Great experience.

Amazing Experience today, company car scheme, they have an amazing Selection! Much better customer service after having an awful experience from Audi and BMW! Sian was very attentive and looked after us :) Will definitely be coming back to get a car through them!
