Jade was excellent with dealing with the purchase of our car! She was new to the role but came across extremely professional and helpful! Would 100% recommend and return again.

I got a Safety Recall notice which says I should reach out to Mercedes Benz Authorise Repairer. I therefore tried calling the Service Department to get an appointment for this. 2 weeks of trying to get in touch with them and no response. So I decided to drive in to get an appointment. The lady at the reception said she will “drop an email” to the service department and they should call me within 24 hours. This is despite me explaining to her that the safety recall is on power steering and I need to drive everyday for work. Also, their service department is right in the back room. I wasn’t expecting a fix then and there ( although it doesn’t sound impossible to do given it’s only a software update that should take 30/40 mins according to the letter). 4 days from the day of the promised call, still awaiting their call. Expected better service given it’s a Safety Recall monitored by DVLA. Previously in service they’ve lost my Spare parts in the car which I have let go of and when I asked for them to be replaced they took no ownership to replace. Appalling service. I’ve been contacted by them following this review to fix some of the issues and they have offered to fix them as promptly as they can. Adding some stars following this experience but hoping the issues will be fixed as promised.

Best things in Mercedes Benz , Stratford upon Avon is Mark Langham General Manager. Even though he was off on Sunday, he made sure to hand over the keys. The service was absolutely amazing when I purchased my Brand new GLE .Mark was incredibly helpful, arranging a fantastic delivery service. Alex showed us every feature of the car in a very interesting way. Thank you so much, guys! I would definitely recommend you!

Seems impolite to not mention Stratford’s Team by name. I have used Solihull Mercedes Aftercare in the past but I was extremely unhappy with their level of service so this time I used the Mercedes Stratford. I was not disappointed and will not be going anywhere else in the future. From phoning to book my car in (and arrange a loan car) to attending on the day and being greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff, the whole experience was first class. I was looked after by Marc Hudson and he was brilliant.... he kept me informed about what was happening with my car and explained everything in detail in layman's terms so I knew exactly what work was needed (he even managed to get my car MOT'd at short notice which really helped me out). The loan car was great also and I was allowed to keep this over the weekend while my car was out of action. Collecting my car was very straightforward and when I received it back it was running perfectly and it had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out.... it was a good a new. Many thanks for your help and great service, keep up the good work!
