It's always a wonderful flawless experience! I arrived at 7:50 but was immediately checked in even though opening hours are 8am. Natasha quickly spoke to me about what the MOT/service would entail, and what I could expect. I love the health check video, and how clean the car is when it's returned. It's super clear what's been done and why, and what might need to be done in the near future. Couldn't ask for more. Everyone is always so friendly, going out of their way to accommodate! Whenever I need an appointment or if I have a query I email Natasha and she gets back to me so quickly. She's so helpful, friendly and accommodating. I'm grateful it's so easy to manage any issues with my car.

From the moment of entering the garage Ross White was a patient non pushy salesman. He advised me on all the benefits and extras I should have on my mini to make it feel a luxury fun car to drive. Ross was knowledgeable and a delight to deal with . Throughout the whole transaction he kept me informed; even when there were slight delays due the manufacturing. When I struggled with the online form he personally went out of his way to bring a paper form for signature. I hope Mini look after this man as he is a credit to Mini and his manager.
