All the staff that I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. The only downside is trying to get through on the phone, even reception! I would have given 5 stars otherwise.

This was my first visit to Inchcape Toyota and I was very surprised at how good the service was. I have been driving cars for over 60 years and have owned many different makes . As a result I have many years of experience of car servicing and dealerships. This was the best I have experienced. I was made to feel welcome and not treated as an unwelcome but a necessary means to money, which has been my experience at some showrooms. All the staff were pleasent and in particular Nicole was very helpful and gave me excellent advice, I will be back for all my car needs.

At the turn of this year we were reminded that the existing PCP on our red Corolla was reaching the point when a decision either to buy the car or change it for a new car needed to be made. We were guided in our decision making at this stage by Jodie Brookes who was very helpful in answering our questions and setting out for us a range of options. This led to a decision to change our car around August/September time. Jodie took account of our request to provide an additional deposit to help reduce the monthly instalments. The order was placed at the beginning of this year and we were regularly contacted in the intervening period when we were kept informed about the progress of the new car we were 'buying.' In the early summer, Jodie informed us that Yugesh Pasdsi would be looking after our 'case.' He was very prompt in making contact with us and assuring us of his support. As the time drew near for us to exchange cars, Yugesh made sure that were very clear about what the different steps in the process were and when they were to happen. The changeover went very smoothly due in no small part to the organisation of Yugesh. In the final meetings which took place he made sure we knew what were doing and the significance of the documents we were signing. He had also arranged the transfer of our dashcam from the old car to the new at the Inchcape dealership at Basford. Throughout the whole process, from the decision making, through the ordering of the new car, the keeping in touch during the manufacturing process, right to the point when the exchange from the old to the new car tool place, both Jodie and Yugesh were excellent ambassadors for Inchcape (Toyota). Their dealings with us were very professional. They were both very friendly and helpful right up to the point when we drove away in the new car. Yugesh also checked that the transfer of the dashcam system had gone smoothly. The attention to detail and the service we received was exemplary and the credit it reflects on them as individuals and of you as a dealership is deserving of high praise. Thank you for making the car buying process as straight forward as you did.
