I purchased a vehicle six months ago but unfortunately there was some major issues which were no fault of Bravo Autos. My warranty at the time covered it and after being checked Bravo decided a repair was not in my interest so asked me to choose another vehicle from their national online range. The car I chose was from Worcester and Jordan Dowson went above and beyond to send me a video and explain the vehicle to me. So 5 ***** for Bravoauto Liverpool!!. As a couple approaching our twilight years we always dread changing our wheels. We spotted the car on-line , a little low mileage Skoda so travelled from the Midlands to have a look. Excellent service from Adam!! He made the whole process so easy. I bought an Alfa Giulia Quadrifoglio from Adam Arpasi at Bravo auto. He was always available on the phone for me and super prompt in responding to my emails. He is as passionate about cars as I am and gave me unbiased impartial advice. I cannot recommend him enough. I went to buy a car but ended up with a friend. 5 stars!!!
