I have been invited by Google to leave a review, so I have read a few of the Reviews that have beenposted and I have decided to leave my review. At the end of february , I decided to buy a Volvo XC60 Inscription , Which was priced at twenty three thousand one hundred and fifty pounds. The transaction was done by Uzi, who has very good reviews. So when the car was ready Uzi let me know it was ready for a test drive.So I said to him.Make sure there is plenty of petrol in the tank as i would like to do a serious test drive. He informed me he had put twenty pounds worth in the tank. Did the test drive and was happy with the car. Asked for a part exchange quote and decided against it as it was well below the we buy any car offer, but in the end I sold it privately for a lot more. As I had no px I asked if they were prepared to do a deal on the price thinking they would knock the £150 off. Uzi informed me they didn't do deals. As I really liked the car I let it go. So shook hands and prepared to settle the invoice only to find they had added the £20 for the petrol they put in for the test drive, so I now feel hard done by when I read they gave people a full tank on completion..... When the car was delivered the next day I had to return it as the interior had not been cleaned as was promised by Uzi. The next day I received a video showing the valet guy steam cleaning the leather. It's a lovely car that I'm really enjoying but it wasn't a great experience, they might not have thought £23k wasn't a lot to them but it was to me. Would I recommend Bravo Auto ???

Brilliant service from BravoAuto Swindon. Alex and boss were super in dealing with a remote sale of a Kia Sportage (350 miles away) and explaining everything very clearly.. and filling in the forms. Cannot recommend him enough. Really easy and would even recommend to my mum. the car took 6 days from finding to being delivered, and it was STILL £1500 cheaper than up north.
