You were considerate when we were choosing the car and you were mindful of what we had said regarding previous experiences. You made the exchange incredibly easy. You at no point pushed us to buy anything that we did not want and that was greatly appreciated. I came away from the dealership feeling that I had been treated with respect and really listened to. I am genuinely thrilled with my new car and I have had chance to try out the heated seats and the heated steering wheel. Thanks to the British weather of late! I would definitely recommend anyone to come to you when they wish to buy their next car. The whole process was swift and fuss free which again made the experience exceptional. Thank you again and I will definitely be seeing you in the future when I’m ready for another new car.

So glad i came to Bravo Auto Towcester as i found a fantastic Babby Skoda Citigo which i purchased. The Staff who i dealt with were brilliant. Pre sale the customer service and communication was great... Post sale however took a little bit more chasing to get things sorted.. this is by no means a reflection on the towcester staff Ryan and Sam have been top class sending me videos of the car and sorting any concerns immediately. Because I brought over the phone and not in person I dealt with staff at a different location. Would I buy again from this dealership? .. yes I would!

Recently purchased a Tesla from here. We turned up unannounced on a really busy day but the staff made sure they made time for us. Allowed us to take a test drive on our own and we agreed a deal and took the car away that day. Sam was absolutely brilliant to deal with on what was a really stressful day for her and the rest of the staff. We had come from another car dealership where the service and cars were really disappointing so it was really nice to see the polar opposite here. From the moment we got out of the car everyone was friendly and helpful and clearly cared about all the customers we saw come and go. The staff here are a real credit to the company and I wouldn’t hesitate buying from here again.

We would like to share our experience of our recent visit to bravoauto Towcester,on entering the 'sales' building and being approached by salesman Jordan Dowson,a most pleasant and comforting experience without the sales 'pressure' often received by a 'typical' car sales person,however we fully understand its their job to sell,obviously. Introducing himself as new to his role,maybe gaining his confidence was backed up by Sam of any unsure questions raised. We had in mind which car,price and finance before visiting and accommodated our needs fully. From the day of securing the car we liked to the day of collection excellent communication throughout. Would (so far) recommend Jordan and this dealership.

Super, professional staff. Above and beyond service. Our salesman Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. We have brought 2 cars in the last month, we are that happy with him and the team. Update on this review: husband car "died" the following day with a faulty battery... However both Sam and Ryan being fabulous got it sorted, all over a bank holiday weekend 🙂.
