First Review: Inchcape VW Manchester (Old Trafford) - Brilliant customer service given by Steve (Manager) and his team, My car was booked in for a service on 13.07.2023. I gave my car in @ 10.30am and I was kept up to date with videos of my car being checked. I was then told @ 1.30pm my car was fine and to come and collect it. The place had Very friendly and helpful staff, the girl at the service desk provided brilliant customer service. I then met Steve (Manager) and had a chat with him, he was very friendly and extremely professional, he provided very good customer service and they also looked after my car and ready for pick up. A pleasure doing business with and will do in the future again. Overall 10/10 for Steve and his team. I would have no hesitation in using Inchcape Manchester in the future. Brilliant. Second Review: This is my second service with Inchcape Manchester. My car went into service/mot on 04.07.24 and i must say the customer service has once again been brilliant. Steve (Manager) and his team have been amazing from start to finish, they kept me up to date with my car and when visiting on the day, the team went above and beyond with the customer service, this showed that they care about the customer and the car, left the place happy, Overall 10/10.

I have a service plan with this dealership. my car is quite old diesel 2015. I had a couple of things wrong with my car so I had to take it in. I know it’s a little bit expensive but it gets the job done properly. The customer service is very good The team are really nice.The engineers are very well trained find a diagnosis of the problem of the car in five minutes. it’s a lot better than Halfords. I don’t forget you can always price match with a garage which is nearby. i’d rather have the job done properly. I highly recommend them..
