Mixed experience from an aftersales perspective with this dealership. I booked my car in for 3 items, MOT, Brake pads and discs change (all round) and a check on a warranty issue. My car was not looked at until 3pm (following a call from me) despite having the car from 8.15am and stating twice through their online check-in system that I needed it back as early as possible. When challenging why I was last in line to the service advisor over the phone I was met with the response of "Well you should have told us" - Clearly a flaw somewhere in their processes. Fast forward to collecting the car at 4.30pm, MOT was done - Expected. Warranty check, the part was ordered - Expected. Brake Pads and Discs change, not done as they had left it too late and I would need to re-book and do the hour round trip across Manchester again despite me telling them that they needed doing and their own VHC highlighting 12 months ago that they would need doing. In addition to this, I never received a VHC on the day of my visit - It was the day after, where the video showed I had a nail in my tyre - Something of which the Service Advisor failed to mention before I drove away. In summary, there is a lack of common sense across the board from the bookings team to the service advisor who ultimately left £600 worth of work on the table as they couldn't be bothered to do their homework or listen to me. They won't be doing the service next year. No duty of care with this dealership, just a duty of carelessness.

Car had most of the specifications I wanted Hence why I decided to purchase it. Car was priced averaged Good PX given but decided to sell elsewhere. Excellent / Fantastic service from both the salesman Mike and the Sales Manager. The car itself could have been better prepared and checked before and after sale. Had a few issues which has now been rectified. Overall / Regardless.. Happy with overall results and purchase Would recommend this Vw approved dealer. Thank you TO VW MANCHESTER
