I would give 10 stars if I could. I have never brought a car from a dealership before, it's always been off Facebook, but for my first time buying a car from inchcape Volkswagen Telford, I couldn't have asked for better service and definitely wouldn't hesitate about buying another one from the same place. from start to finish they were very helpful with any information and questions we had regarding the car we went to look at. Josh was absolutely amazing and is definitely an asset to the team, I can't thank josh for all the help, especially with keeping me up to date with the car when it went in for a few touch ups, he even got the car ready for me a day earlier than planned which was brilliant! There was a slight issue with the car going back into auto trader which wasn't the guys fault it was just to do with the system, a quick call to josh and he had already sorted out the problem which was a relief straight away! I'd 100% recommend anyone to come here to purchase a car from these guys, couldn't fault my experience one bit! Thank you josh and team

In February 23 I bought a used VW Arteon from salesman Jay Abbotts at Inchcape Telford. The deal and my trade in were dealt with over a considerable distance of over 200 miles and it was not the easiest of processes for either party. Once the car arrived (at 9pm and not as scheduled at 1pm) there were some issues. The late delivery was the delivery drivers fault not the dealerships. Jay contacted me late at night to check everything was ok. We spoke on his way into work in the morning and there were a few things that needed sorting. One was the set of floor mats were missing as was the spare wheel. The main issue was the main key was the wrong key. Jay and his dealer principle Leigh Ryan put all my issues right immediately without any argument and at considerable expense to themselves. They both went above and beyond normal customer service so thank you very much indeed guys. I have left doing this review for several months as I wanted to see if the car ran ok. I have done 30,000 miles in it since February and it’s been great. A 2.0 TSI DSG retuning 56 mpg on a run is way better than I expected! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jay and Mr Leigh Ryan from Telford VW. It’s a mark of the company and them that when you have an issue they were right on the money! 5 stars all the way!

Very professional service

From the initial phone call to the delivery of the car Lee could not have been more helpful.The paperwork always takes a little time and as it was a Sunday when a snag occurred this couldn’t be completed. Lee arranged a courtesy car and then personally delivered my car with completed paperwork the following day .Excellent.

Continuously keeping me up to date with whats happening with the car, what stages its at and ensuring all my concerns and questions were addressed accordingly. Connor was very helpful in relation to helping us find our new car. Even though there was a little mix up with paperwork Connor organised a courtesy car over night and went in on his day off the next day to ensure the paperwork was correct and then delivered our car to us. Thank you. Reception were also ensuring we were topped up with lovely coffee.
