Good experience

I had my vehicle MOT done at Inchcape Birkenhead. Alas the only problem I had was it was a Saturday morning so there was no loan vehicle to lend me so I had to wait around for several hots till the job was done. Otherwise everything was great, friendly staff who could not do enough in the end all was good and would recommend them for vehicle services.

From the day I discussed a new VW T-Roc with Amy at Inchcape, Wirral, I was informed of an expected date of delivery being late Nov to mid Dec/23. Amy was exemplary in discussing options of the T-Roc I was interested in. Amy kept me in the loop with regular updates re build and anticipated delivery dates. On arrival to pick up the new T-Roc, your reception staff were polite and efficient in their work. Asking my wife and I to take a seat, have a coffee whilst notifying Amy. My wife was so pleased with Amy’s regular communications and the car itself, she is now considering a VW T-Roc over other cars she is thinking of in a years time. I / we would recommend Amy and Inchcape VW for your next car.

Recently, I purchased a Volkswagen Golf from Chris Timoti, and from my initial visit to receiving the car, I had the best dealer experience/customer journey ever. Chris provided us with a very welcoming, relaxed introduction, informed me fully of the car's spec, promptly arranged a test drive and was available for further discussion upon my return. There was absolutely no pressure to buy during our discussion. We were offered courtesy tea and coffee and offered a trade-in value I expected. Upon leaving the dealership, all subsequent email correspondence was answered within 15-20 minutes, if Chris wasn't available Theo Demetriou (Manager) would pick up and respond. In addition, the Reception team was friendly, efficient, prompt in returning calls, as well as passing them on. This is a level of customer service that is hard to find these days. The car had to be transported to Scotland, and Chris arranged it efficiently. The car was delivered in the hour I requested, and it was immaculately presented. Chris is a gentleman and an absolute credit to Inchape Volkswagen Wirral and will go above and beyond to meet your expectations. We're do I start firstly I have taken my vw jetta back to them 5 times and each time they said that there was nothing wrong with it I had an independent mechanic look at it for me and he couldn't believe the way the car was performing very bad then one Monday I took it back to them and finally 5 weeks later and (£2500) later they told me it was ready for collection I couldn't believe it the car now runs great fingers crossed why couldn't they have solved the problem when I first took it back do they not know what they are doing I was very disappointed in them especially when they said it's going to cost £2500 to fix they stripped the gearbox down twice and it was still doing it so they had to get intouch with vw to see what the problem was and that's when they told me it wasn't coming from the clutch replacement pack which they renewed May 2022 absolute joke well that's it from one very dissatisfied customer
