When you join Inchcape, your personal learning journey will begin with access to our Induction Portal which will give you an overview of Inchcape and what we are all about. Once you are here you will then get access to our Learning Management System, called iLearn.

iLearn is Inchcape’s personal online learning and development portal, designed to give our colleagues a quick and easily accessible way to complete our mandatory training to ensure you are fully compliant to work here. At Inchcape we want everyone to feel empowered to take the lead on their development, we therefore encourage seeking learning opportunities which you can track within your learning dashboard on iLearn.
