Can’t fault Inchcape mini what so ever, purchasing my car was such a smooth process from start to end. Tom kept me updated weekly via emails and calls. Handover day was fantastic, with Tom spending plenty of time with me going over all the gadgets and explaining everything about the car. The other Tom also needs a mention checking in to make sure I was happy with everything. I will definitely be using Inchcape mini for any future vehicles. Casually looking for a fun little run around for the summer, we came across this little Mini convertible on the Saturday via Autotrader at Inchcape Norwich mini. Now it must be said, my wife – for whom the car was meant for, detests shopping for cars, absolutely hates it – however as we were driving over to Norwich to look for a new Sofa on the Sunday, I thought we’d pop in and take a look. From the very 1st moment, we walked into the show room the service we received was amazing. Coffee and Cakes provided, George then proceeded to help us out with every aspect of our enquiry – as has been said by others, nothing was too much trouble, and just to add that this was an older, used vehicle. Everything was absolutely 1st rate, and full credit to George. Following a quick test drive, which provided more smiles per mile than our main car has ever done – a deal was struck, and we walked away with a pick up date of the following week. Pick up was flawless, and we’ve enjoyed the little Mini since then, Ok so the opportunity to have the roof down has been a bit limited, so it seems as if George does have some limitations – but outside of the British weather – everything else has exceeded our expectations and was a genuine pleasure.
