It was my first visit in that dealership, but I was expecting similar service like in Stockport Audi. Time frame was spot on, the health check video also was good, the only two things which put me a little bit off were that my coolant level was below minimum level (I've spotted that day after service when I was adding screen wash fluid) and that wasn't noticed by technician also I think that price for replacing rear spring coil mount is well overpriced (£336 per side), I found garage who specialise in VW group and they quoted me £117 per side that's for labour and part, so overall it was good but could be better definitely.

I've visited this place a few times, most recently to have a new steering wheel put in due to the previous one being worn out. Staff was helpful and friendly, understood my needs and despite being busy took their time for me as a customer. Booking my service was easy and when I dropped off my car on the day of steering wheel being replaced; it was done within a few hours. They also checked my car if everything is in order and valeted it which was unexpected but a very big plus on top of the pleasant and profesional service. There's a place you can sit down whilst you wait and can have a brew or water which is yet another bonus. Price is competitive and if you do have an Audi I suggest you visit them for any kind of issue as you'll know what you're getting, which is a good and reliable service. I will return on many more occasions or shall I say when something needs replacing or to be serviced. UPDATE: I've now had an Audi vehicle since 2017 and have been coming here since 2017 for everything. 7 years later and still all the top marks!

All the staff were extremally friendly and kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle. The Key drop off and online payment system was extremally convenient.

We found the vehicle online and purchased it prior to collection as we were travelling from Cardiff, at the beginning of march. The team were absolutely amazing and everything went smoothly. We had an in detail video of the car to help us feel confident with our purchase. Carl was amazing and gave 5* service, had no problems since thank you ☺️

David G couldn't have been more helpful when I went in to enquire about a car! He wasn't pushy and was super informative about absolutely everything! I wasn't sure what i wanted but he really took the time to understand what was important to me. I travelled further afield to go to this dealership upon someone else's recommendation of David and I'm so glad I did!

The staff here are so helpful and friendly, I had my car in for some diagnostics and they really took the time to explain the issue and what my options were, special mention for Louise and Lauren who were both fantastic!
