This is a very friendly, easy-going dealership. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient. Martin, from the sales team, had arranged for the selection of test drive cars to be available in advance of our visit and was knowledgeable about the model. The buying experience is pleasant as no hard sell tactics are employed, just a conversation outlining options for purchase and maintenance. This is the first time we have visited a Lexus dealership, and we were impressed not only with the quality of the product but also with the nice people and the experience they deliver.

Helpful, friendly, understanding, and patient. I dealt with several staff functions during the early phase of acquisition including finance and administration, all of which went well, despite my lack of financial savvy. However, it was meeting Sales Executive Rui Rodrigues face to face, when I picked up the vehicle, that impressed me most. Then, and since, he has been extraordinarily helpful and friendly, answering my questions and coaching me on how to make best use of the vehicle. I have owned many vehicles, but rarely has the support been quite so good.

Thank you Steve from the parts department @ GUILDFORD LEXUS for calling back as promised, I tried a number of dealers requesting for a longer ev charging cable for my UX300E model but sadly they hadn’t come back to me. I’m looking to purchase a Lexus SUV in the coming year so will drive down to you guys given your help And support. Greatly appreciate the help and support. Thank you

We bought a 2009 Lexus expecting that it had not received the love and attention it should have received. Well a £700 sfull ervice turned into a £4,500 service and repairs. However, not only was this expenditure explained professionally but also we were able to 'cherry pick' from the list, with guidance, as to what was important and what was not. All together a very worthwhile experience and the car just feels good now.
