Nothing is a problem, first class service, so helpful and courteous.,I have been a loyal customer of Lexus Nottingham for over 18years,having only owned two IS Models,currently IS250.Over the past couple of years I have had some issues with the Dealership and started losing faith in the Dealership,thought of changing to another Dealership,but after the response from Yolanda,Nicole and the two young Ladies on the Front desk my faith has been restored in Lexus.It is a pleasure to be greeted by two very professional and friendly young Ladies,the Management should be proud of them both and keep them on the front line.Thank you all so much for all you have done long may it continue.A message for front desk Ladies a big thank you for your help,you are STARS

When I first complained about the length of cable supplied with my new Lexus NX, the dealership staff were reluctant to take me seriously. Matters improved after the general manager got involved, and he was instrumental in getting Lexus UK, who were initially obstructive, to resolve the situation to my satisfaction.

Excellent reception when booking the cars in. Nicole is simply exceptional. Unfortunately it would appear that there is a shortfall of Knowledge amongst technicians in servicing cars aged 20 and 18 years old. Serviced from new by Lexus!!!!
