After a long awaited time i finally picked up my New lexus from Nottingham , Long Do dealt with everything kept me informed on all updates. He was so polite and chatty he made the handover very pleasant and easy couldn't do enough for you 10 out of 10 thanks

At the beginning of 2022 lead times for a new car were very long indeed. With that in mind I decided it was time to order a new car to replace my existing BMW. After much deliberation I decided upon a Lexus NX and the question then became one of 'at which dealership should I place my order?' For me the choice was either Sheffield, Derby or Nottingham. After visiting all three, the most comfortable experience was at Lexus Nottingham so in May 2022 I placed my order with them. Part way between placing the order and receiving the car there was a change of personnel and Long Do took ownership of my order. The service Long provided was excellent; he kept me fully informed whenever Lexus provided a change of expected delivery date, and whenever I had a question Long provided the answer. When the car arrived at the dealership in August 2023 Long telephoned me and we arranged a delivery date only for me to subsequently contact him and delay collection. A few days before I was due to collect the car I sold my BMW privately meaning I was no longer going to part exchange it. It also gave me a logistical issue of how to get to the dealership. Long was brilliant, he updated the order to show no part exchange and on 27 September collected me from the train station. I have to say Long is a true gentleman and consummate professional. I am more than happy with the service from Lexus Nottingham and have no hesitation in recommending them. As for the NX, it was well worth the wait. Fortunately lead times are currently nowhere near as long as they were in May 2022.

It was an interesting day today as conclude the purchase of my spouses’ car. Yes, we picked it up. Mr. Long Do our advisor of Lexus Nottingham was very helpful, flexible, friendly and no boring moment with him. The rest of the team all the way to the ladies at the front office were all good!!

I went to the dealership with my elderly mother yesterday and she began to feel unwell with her diabetes becoming somewhat uncontrolled. Long Do was familiar with the management of a diabetic customer and all was fine. Many thanks Long . 10 out of 10 . My mother and I were then able to view the new UX all electric model with help of Jordan whom we’ve always found to be very helpful. Very professional .
