Really impressed by the service when purchasing a my used car. Long was fantastic and kept me up to date with everything I needed and went the extra mile. No pushy sales just genuinely looking to get the right car and deal for the customer.

The experience was great from the time I spoke to Long Do who sold me the vehicle, his knowledge was great and even followed on with a call to made sure everything went well, overall the correspondence on the phone and emails to arriving at the dealership was great, I was made very comfortable at my arrival and enjoyed the test drive. My time overall was good and all the staff I had interactions made me feel welcome and served me with the best coffee and refreshments.

Would just like to say I found Lexus Nottingham Dealership very Friendly and helpful. They went at their way to help me. And wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I would hardly recommend to anybody.i Would highly recommend to anyone.

The salesman was very thorough whilst taking us through the car and explaining the features on the car. Long do was patient with us and answered all questions that we asked of him.
