We dropped off our car as planned, hassle-free, and was kept informed without delay about the progress of the service and MOT. We were sent the video in a timely manner. We called the service department at around 1.30pm before we head off home, in case we could collect the car by then, and were delighted to be informed that the car was being valeted by then and so we collected it half an hour later. The only thing we noticed was that the car boot was not part of the valet, unless it was simply missed on this occasion. Many thanks to the service team for a job well done.

From start to finish a great experience, at the showroom the hostess were extremely helpfull. Jordan was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all, took us through all the options and made the whole purchase very easy. Just a shame I've got to wait for the new car now

Mr Yugesh was very helpful, polite and friendly. The car was cleaned and got ready before I arrived. Zelda was also nice and friendly.

Easy booking process, checked in online, reception staff very smart and attentive, service carried out as specified (better actually!), vehicle cleaned. The staff had also arranged for me to see a sales person as requested when I made the booking, all in all the visit was a pleasure.

Poor communication from sales guy. I had to chase for updates as well as paperwork. Car was delivered with minimum amount of fuel - only just made it to the nearest petrol station - even though I was promised a full tank. Very disappointing! Not the kind of service I would expect from such a reputable dealership.
