I purchased a vehicle from Lexus Nottingham and from initial enquiry through to collection of the car, the buying experience was up to the usual excellent Lexus standards. I was out of the country when I enquired about the vehicle and therefore all of the pre-sale enquiries and initial order details were handled by email until I returned to the UK. Collection of the vehicle was also very straightforward despite the fact I had to travel nearly 200 miles to handover my vehicle and take delivery of the new car. Jack Flint, my contact at Lexus Nottingham was extremely personable and knowledgeable and dealt with the transaction in a very professional manner. I continue to be a very happy Lexus customer!

No nasty surprises, costs (service) were set. Car picked up efficiently and returned in a far shinier and cleaner state. First time I’ve used Lexus Notts; will definitely use again.

You can not fault anything about the experience at Lexus. They go the extra mile, send a video of work being done, ring to discuss if extra work like worn tyre needs to be replaced and clean the car beautifully. Top marks

It was my first time at Lexus Nottingham and I really like their service. I have done my Lexus RX 450h Automatic gearbox fluid change and differential as well. It went so smooth and in fact I like the concept that they even do a short video on the underneath situation of the vehicle and explain its condition! I really appreciate that service! Overall great experience with them.
